Fee should be paid in the form of Demand draft, only in the name of DIRECTOR,IMTECH payable at Chandigarh.

1.	Fee should be paid in advance in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of the "Director, IMTECH", payable at Chandigarh. At par cheque is not acceptable.
2.	Fee may be revised from time to time.
3.	All orders should be addressed to The Curator, Microbial Type Culture Collection and Gene Bank, Institute of Microbial Technology, Sector 39-A, Chandigarh 160036, INDIA.
4.	Payment must accompany a request for supply of cultures.
5.	Request letters for supply or identification of cultures on plain paper are not acceptable. It should be written by faculty members/ staff members of the organisation. Correspondence should be addressed to the Curator on official letterhead.
6.	Request letters from Students/ Project Assistants/ Research Associates are not acceptable.
7.	Cultures are normally dispatched by registered mail within ten working days after receiving an order.The culture can be mailed through courier services on special request with an additional payment of Rs.50.00.
8.	Cultures are not supplied to private addresses.
9.	Refund of deposited amount (excluding service tax) may be possible only under exceptional circumstances.
